Our customers do hard, skilled work. We build like their livelihood depends on it, because it does.

No jargon in the product, the docs, or the meeting. If a plumber cannot follow it, rewrite it.

Small team, wide scope. You will pick up things outside your title and see them through.

We ship steadily for years, not in sprints that burn people out by spring.

Own the live call stack — latency, accents, turn-taking, memory. If a caller feels talked over, that is your bug to hunt.

Ship the parts tradespeople touch every day: the dashboard, the calendar, the flow builder. Small team, real ownership.

Onboard plumbers, electricians and cleaners by phone, then turn what you hear into the roadmap. Trade background very welcome.

Write for people who work with their hands. No fluff, no jargon, no "revolutionising the industry".
